Before working with Sarah I was feeling quite low, with a poor body image and realising I needed to do exercises which would help with Osteoporosis. I also wanted to tone up and drop a dress size for my daughter’s wedding.
 I am basically quite lazy so having Sarah twice a week has meant I have kick-started myself both physically and mentally.

I feel I am a lot stronger in my core and my arms and back and can definitely do more physically which has meant I feel better mentally. I also feel I am addressing my Osteoporosis. My weight loss has been slow but people are commenting on my change of shape which has been encouraging.

Sarah is very easy to get on with. She also listens to you if you have any strains or special needs and adapts the routines accordingly. She also varies the routines which I find helps enormously.

I started going to the gym about 4 years ago and have found the whole experience very rewarding. I now know that having the right personal trainer to help you on your way is of huge benefit and my reservations were unfounded. 
My reasons for going in the first place were to help my fitness levels as I am a keen tennis player and generally energetic and felt that I should strengthen my body generally particularly as I have a tendency for back trouble.

I was also keen to keep my weight stable and to tone my body generally.

I have been working with Sarah for about 3 years and have found her very professional, helpful and encouraging and is able to asses ones’ needs and devise a programme for my needs. This I feel is very important and she is very knowledgeable about the physiology of the body and is therefore able to do this. 
She is also very helpful in advising on diet if this is required.

The combination of working out regularly in conjunction with a healthy diet helps to make this discipline very rewarding and worthwhile and Sarah has been so encouraging in this respect that for me it has been an easy and enjoyable experience.
I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone of any age. 
Her understanding, kindness and humour make the sessions very enjoyable.

You have a great knack of knowing just how to motivate me, and always help me to achieve more in a session than I thought I could manage. I end the session feeling proud and feeling much better about myself. I feel generally fitter and more toned.

Having had persistent back pain for 5 years, after 9 months training with Sarah I was again able to begin Munro bagging as a pastime – managing 3 peaks before breakfast last week! There is a lot to be said for regular sessions with a trainer who will push you beyond what you do comfortably, but safely. I would not have believed that I could do what I now can do.

It has been an extremely successful experience…it has not only given me the kick start I needed to get back on track losing weight, I have learnt so much. I wanted to get fitter, lose a bit of weight, learn new exercises and better form.
